Lisa Price, Backed by Unnamed Beauty Entrepreneur, Buys Carol's Daughter from L’Oréal

Following the divestment of Decléor and Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc, L’Oréal USA today announced the sale of Carol’s Daughter, a pioneering brand in textured haircare, to new ownership. The textured haircare brand’s founder, Lisa Price, has acquired the business alongside an unnamed beauty entrepreneur. WHO: Lisa Price founded Carol’s Daughter in a Brooklyn kitchen in May 1993. For more than 30 years, Carol’s Daughter has championed the textured hair movement and served as a trusted brand for the Black community.
